To report an absence, email your child's school and include student first and last name, date and reason for absence..

If your child is sick with the following symptoms, please include that information in your email.

• Fever >100 degrees
• Cough
• Sore throat and a runny nose
• Body aches or headache and fatigue
• Sometimes nausea and diarrhea

SAU41 Schools use MySchoolBucks so you to make deposits into your student's cafeteria account or view your student's purchase history online.

The bus company receives student enrollment info in early August. If you need to contact Hollis Transportation, you can reach them at 603-465-7085.

SAU41 uses SwiftK12 as our messaging system for delivering school closures and delays as well as general email notifications.

Limited student parking at HBHS is available via an application process each year. Families will receive details on the application process prior to the start of the school year. 

School hours are as follows:

• Hollis Brookline Middle School: 7:40am-2:30pm
• Hollis Brookline High School: 7:35am-2:20pm

Student schedules will be available in the PowerSchool Portal in June for enrolled students.

Schools in SAU41 use PowerSchool to store grades, attendance, and report cards. If you're having trouble logging in to the portal, please call the office of your child's school.

If your child is struggling in a course please have your child meet with their teacher. If your child has met with their teacher and is still struggling, your child should make an appointment with their school counselor. While parents are always welcome to contact teachers, we feel that it is important for students to speak directly with teachers first.

All HB student athletes are required to complete Impact Testing prior to participation in NHIAA athletics and every 2 years after.

Impact Testing provides computerized neurocognitive assessment tools and services that are used by athletic trainers, doctors, and other health professionals to assist them in determining an athlete’s fitness to return to play after suffering a concussion.  

The test takes approximately 25 minutes and is administered via  computerized tool that measures multiple aspects of cognitive function in athletes, including attention span, working memory, selective attention time, non-verbal problem solving and reaction time. After a suspected concussion, the athlete re-takes the test to assist in the evaluation of their progress.
